Which package is right for me?

Business Launch™ fits a single owner starting a straightforward company. Business Foundation™ adds a customized operating agreement or bylaws for up to two owners plus core contracts. Business Builder™ is for up to four owners, or for businesses that need more comprehensive ownership, buy-sell, and contract planning from the start. Your attorney will confirm the right fit during your consultation.

Are State of Florida filing fees included?

No. Government filing fees and other third-party costs are additional to the package price.

What if my business has more than four owners or needs specialized work?

Complex tax planning, securities work, mergers and acquisitions, sophisticated employment matters, and other specialized services are outside the packages. We’ll explain what’s needed and quote it before any work begins.

What happens after my follow-up period ends?

Many owners move into an Accord Counsel™ membership for ongoing access to their attorney. Additional work can also be handled under a separate flat-fee arrangement.
