You receive a written agreement stating the fee, what’s included, and what isn’t. Nothing begins until you’ve reviewed and signed it.

STEP 3Attorney strategy call

You talk with your attorney by phone or video call to discuss your goals and details, and to identify anything that needs special attention — no office visit required.

STEP 4Information gathering

A guided checklist tells you exactly which information and documents to provide.

STEP 5Attorney drafting & review

Your attorney prepares your documents. You review them, ask questions, and request revisions within your package.

STEP 6Signing & completion

We guide signing and filing — or the final hearing for a divorce — and you receive your finished documents.
