A Business Lawyer Who Knows Your Business

Your business may not need a full-time general counsel. It still deserves a lawyer who knows your business. Flat-fee formation packages, monthly Accord Counsel™ memberships, and a one-time Business Checkup — with pricing you can see before you call.

We work with business owners in Eustis, Clermont, Mount Dora, Lake Mary, Heathrow, Winter Garden, Horizon West, Winter Park, Maitland, Windermere, Dr. Phillips and Orlando, including Baldwin Park, College Park, Lake Nona and downtown.

Real attorney access

Work directly with an experienced Florida attorney — not a form service or call center.

Pricing up front

Flat fees and membership pricing are published, so you know the cost before the work begins.

Preventive, not reactive

Plan ahead and spot risks early, while they're still inexpensive to fix.
