About Accord
Founder, Accord Law Florida. For more than two decades, Stacy Beaulieu-Fawcett has helped individuals and families navigate legal decisions that can shape their lives, families, businesses, and financial futures for years to come.
That experience ultimately led her to create Accord Law Florida around a simple idea: working with an experienced attorney should be clear, accessible, and financially predictable.
Her Background
Stacy began practicing law in Florida in 2004 after earning her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law. She also earned an LL.M. in Real Estate/Land Development from the University of Miami School of Law. Over the course of her career, she built an extensive law practice and handled matters ranging from cooperative divorces to sophisticated marital and family law cases involving substantial assets, businesses, real estate, estate/trusts, retirement interests, parenting issues, and complex financial considerations.
Her professional accomplishments include achieving an AV Preeminent® peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell for over 20 years, recognition by Florida Super Lawyers as a Rising Star on multiple occasions and receiving The Florida Bar’s Award for Excellence in the Promotion of Board Certification.
Stacy’s work has extended beyond representing clients. Throughout her career, she has spoken and written on legal issues and participated in public legal education through seminars, continuing legal education programs, television, radio, and other media. Her appearances have included WPTV Channel 5, and she hosted Divorce Talk, a weekly radio program devoted to helping listeners better understand divorce, business, estate planning and Florida family law.

After more than twenty years in practice, Stacy saw a recurring problem with the traditional way legal services are delivered.
