Our approach

Resolution over unnecessary conflict

Most families don’t need a courtroom battle — they need an experienced attorney who can turn an agreement into documents that hold up, anticipate the issues people miss, and get the case finished efficiently.

That is the work Accord is built for.

Agree on almost everything?

If you and your spouse have one or two narrowly defined issues left, our Almost Agreed™ option adds limited attorney settlement assistance so a small disagreement doesn’t become a large divorce.

Questions

Family law FAQs

Yes. In Florida, a divorce is generally granted when the marriage is irretrievably broken. You do not need to prove wrongdoing by either spouse.

No. Accord represents one spouse. The other spouse may hire their own attorney to review the agreement, and we encourage it when there are significant assets or children involved.

If only one or two issues remain, the Almost Agreed™ option provides limited, clearly scoped attorney settlement assistance. If there are broader disagreements, we will tell you plainly and discuss your options.

Flat fees apply to qualifying, standard-scope matters. If your case becomes contested or goes beyond the included scope, we explain what has changed and a new fee agreement is required before additional work begins.
